6–8 participants, minimum 6. Everyone receives a personal hot seat. Pascal is joined by two guest professionals in a studio, boardroom or creative venue. One shared follow-up is included.
Pre-register for the Intensive15–25
Open to individual enrolment, with 15–25 participants. Group exercises, breakouts, pitch rooms, an expert panel and 4–6 selected live cases mean not everyone receives an individual hot seat. Pre-register for the Live EditionWhy you can trust us

Pascal Nanlohy has worked in the music industry for more than 25 years — as a songwriter and across publishing, A&R, production, talent development, strategy and deals. That practical experience, together with a carefully built professional network, is the foundation for an honest analysis of your situation.
You will not receive generic advice or an empty promise, but a clear next step that fits your work, ambition and stage.
The programme
Every edition is built around a 60% fixed professional core and a 40% rotating theme. The foundation stays strong while the programme remains relevant to the market now.
Is the real blockage in the work, positioning, team or decision-making?
Focused feedback on songs, sound, repertoire, workflow and the choices that strengthen your creative identity.
Clarify who the work is for, what makes it distinctive and which route to market is realistic.
Understand publishing, masters, roles and the questions to ask before signing.
Present your story convincingly, recognise key terms and enter conversations or negotiations better prepared.
Concrete actions, owners and decision points for the first 30, 60 and 90 days.
Rotating themed editions
Before booking, you will see the edition theme, professionals, venue, date, duration and working language.

SOS — urgent music business support
Are you facing a conflict, contract deadline, rights issue, payment problem or stalled negotiation? Share what is happening in confidence. We quickly map the situation and identify the most suitable professional route.
We review urgency, documents, the parties involved and your objective, then advise which next step is substantively most appropriate.
Where needed, and with your permission, we can involve experienced specialist lawyers. The lawyer makes separate agreements about advice, role and fees.
Where both parties are willing, we can organise a guided conversation to clarify interests and explore workable agreements, in a process comparable to mediation.

Founder · PSG Music Publishing · Songwriter · Music entrepreneur
Pascal works at the intersection of songwriting, publishing, A&R, production and strategy. Through PSG Music Publishing, he helps makers, songs and music rights develop into long-term value — without losing sight of the creative core.
His experience in creative matchmaking, talent development and dealmaking is the foundation of this masterclass: helping makers become stronger in their work and in the conversations that follow.
Clear ground rules
Submitted music, plans and unreleased work are used only for assessment and support. We do not share anything externally without your permission.
Pre-registration or participation transfers no copyright, master right or other ownership. Our principle is that makers retain their rights wherever possible.
We do not promise a release, deal, streams, placement, funding, A&R meeting or introduction. We provide analysis, preparation and access where a genuine match exists.
Scope, fee, VAT, term, percentage base and any success fee are documented before tailored support or mediation begins.

Practical & FAQ
The date, venue and duration are confirmed per edition before payment. The Intensive takes place in a studio, boardroom or creative venue; the Live Edition preferably in a theatre or distinctive cultural location.
No. For open editions, each participant arranges and pays for their own transport, hotel, parking and other accommodation costs, unless that specific edition is explicitly offered as a package.
The programme fee excludes the necessary travel and accommodation costs of Pascal and any guest professionals, unless the proposal states otherwise. The client books directly to the specifications agreed in advance, or receives an advance invoice for the full estimated costs. Tickets, accommodation and other necessary travel items are booked only after this advance has been received in full. If the actual price is higher before booking, we first request written approval and additional prepayment; a lower balance is refunded or credited. Within Europe, standard travel is by rail or economy class; for longer intercontinental journeys, the travel class is agreed in advance. We use a reasonable business hotel, generally 3–4 star and close to the venue, including breakfast. Necessary local transport, baggage, visas, parking and tolls are also covered. On programme days, the organiser provides catering or a reasonable daily allowance is agreed in advance. Non-refundable bookings remain payable after cancellation.
Yes. Schools, colleges, universities of applied sciences, youth foundations and cultural or community organisations can book Pascal as a guest speaker or for a standalone masterclass, half or full project day, or a multi-session programme. Content, learning goals, age level, group size, preparation and evaluation are agreed in advance and documented in a project proposal.
No. A school or foundation being the client does not automatically make an assignment VAT-exempt. The nature of the service, the agreement and any applicable statutory conditions determine the treatment. The proposal and invoice therefore state the VAT treatment for each assignment.
Yes. The Live Edition is an open edition where you can reserve an individual place. It runs from 15 participants and is capped at 25.
Everyone does in the Intensive. The Live Edition uses group exercises, pitch rooms, breakouts and 4–6 selected live cases. Every participant still creates a personal 90-day plan.
Dutch or English. The language of each edition is stated in the invitation and confirmed before payment.
The exact cancellation and substitution terms are shown per edition before payment and form part of your booking.
The launch price for the first Intensive is €495 p.p.; the regular price afterwards is €695 p.p. The Live Edition is €395 p.p. All listed consumer prices include 21% VAT.
For personal video coaching, first pay €250 including 21% VAT through Stripe. After successful payment, you are automatically redirected to Calendly to schedule an available 60-minute call. You then receive the calendar appointment and Google Meet link. Payment for a live video masterclass opens only after a specific edition, guest, date and terms have been announced.
The €250 annual membership including 21% VAT includes access to the curated network and two community nights. There are also surprise video masterclasses: some completely free for members, others at a member rate announced in advance.
You describe the situation in confidence and state your deadline. We first check our role and any conflicts, assess which expertise is needed and agree scope and fees in advance. No legal or negotiation outcome is guaranteed.
No. Pre-registration is free, is not an order and creates no payment obligation. The intended 20% benefit for up to the first 1,000 valid pre-registrations applies only if the publisher can formally set and register the promotional price. All conditions are confirmed before purchase.
No. We do not guarantee a release, deal, streams, A&R conversation or introduction. Network Deal Hub may mediate only where there is a strong substantive match.
Because creative development, rights, strategy and the right professional relationships are connected in practice. Network Deal Hub brings those parts together without promising access or results.
